"I did NOT request a quote from this agency and they contacted, hounded, emailed me for several days. Then I was informed that they had completed a credit check. Absolutely shady practices!"
We responded:
"Hi Celeste. I will make sure you are removed from any follow ups. Regarding your review you 100% requested an auto quote otherwise we would not have had access to your information. You created the request and it came over to my office with your address, cars you wanted a quote on, and your contact information. I would suggest paying attention to what you fill out online and not doing so until you determine what you’re requesting. "
